Crailo State Historic Site is OPEN for the season! The house is viewable by guided tour only. Tours are on the hour, every hour from 11:00am - 4:00pm on open days.

Our Next Event: Summer Sampler

Dates: July 22-26, 10am-12pm

Kids ages 7-12 are invited to Crailo to learn about the history of Hudson Valley through a week series of games, crafts and special activities. Each day features a different theme. $5 per child, $4 for members of the Friends of Fort Crailo.

Colonial Coffeehouse at Crailo

Hot drinks and hot topics fueled conversation and conviviality in 18th century colonial coffee houses. In early 2019, the Friends of Fort Crailo will recreate the sights, sounds, and tastes of the colonial coffee house in Crailo’s cellar kitchen. Stay tuned for more details.

Open Hearth Cooking

Crailo offers a variety of hearth cooking programs that allow visitors to learn more about historic recipes and foodways of the 17th and 18th centuries. Call the historic site for more information about our special group programs, availability, and pricing.
